Xavier Doherty demonstrated a remarkable ability to adapt his bowling technique to non-turning pitches, which made him a valuable asset for the Australian cricket team. His competitive spirit shone throughout his career, and he has since transitioned into the building trade, showcasing his versatility. This highlights an important aspect of cricket: spinners can indeed find success on non-turning pitches with the right strategies and mindset.

He is one of the most successful spinners in the history of state cricket, and he truly excelled during the India tour in 2017. While he graciously credits me for his success, his exceptional performance is entirely due to his own talent and determination. He has always dared to bowl slower when needed, showcasing his remarkable skill. With a fantastic attitude towards the game, he is now confidently exploring new opportunities after retirement.

Ben Dunk was one of the finest Big Bash players. He played for Australia but opportunities were limited because of other players ahead of him. So goal setting become an important component for him to get the best out of his talent. He is self-driven and often motivates people around, he will discuss with me the importance of goal setting and how to create long, medium and short term goals. 

Cameron White has transitioned into coaching very successfully. He works at the Big Bash league for Sydney Sixers and will be working with Ricky Ponting later year at MLC. He discusses how coaching has changed from his playing days and why is there a demand for Australians coaches in the T20 franchise leagues. He gives his thoughts on Bazball and gives a few coaching tips. 

Gus Mackay a successful CEO with several County teams and Scotland. Leadership came natural to him when he took up an administration role with Zimbabwe in his early days playing cricket. Since then his style of thinking is well respected in the game. He shares his thoughts on Bazball and what he really thinks of the hundred. Also Should ECB work with IPL owners in the future?

Muttiah Muralitharan is one of the most successful spinners of all time. He has faced controversy throughout his career but always comes out as the winner. A huge inspiration for the Sri Lankan communities who are always known as street-wise cricketers. It was a 1998 test match against England that took Sri Lankan cricket to the next level. The challenges were always about how do you face Murali. There are very few sportspeople like him, friendly off the field but extremely fierce on a cricket field. 

Russel Arnold played the role of the finisher. He was the Micheal Bevan of Sri Lankan cricket. He is one of the recognized voices in the commentary box.  He always had a calm and composed character on the field and was a specialist batting under pressure. He scored his maiden test hundred against Pakistan at Lahore in March 1999. After retirement, he turned into a full-time commentator and provides match predictions through his mobile app Ask Rusty. 

Shonali Nagrani is an Indian television presenter, model, and actress. She started her career as a model and was crowned as 2003 Femina Miss India International in the competition. She has hosted IPL, worked on ITV sport.  A role model for young females and you can dream whatever you want to be. She claims jack of all trades and master of none. I think she is a master of a few trades!!
